This Nakiri kitchen knife is a japanese knife with stainless steel blade VG10 damasked and hammered, octagonal handle rosewood and black pakka bolster. Not dishwasher safe.
The Yu Kurosaki japanese kitchen knives have a stainless steel blade
(VG-10 - 61/62 Rockwell hardness), in hammered DAMAS. The handle made of cherry and wood.
