This cooking NAKIRI knife with double-edged blade is a japanese knife with a combination of powdered bamboo and polypropylene handle, with perfect hygiene.
|The NAKIRI-USUBA-KAMAGATA knives:

¤ best suited for cutting all sorts of vegetables
¤ despite its shape not suitable for chopping bones
NEVER use a Nakiri knife for chopping bones and fish bones !
