This Slicing knife is a japanese knife with a redwood handle, not dishwasher safe.
Kai Seki MagorokuSeki Magoroku, the traditional Japanese knives, since centuries are manufactured in similar shape. On top some European types of blades have been added as well. This series Seki Magorouku bribes through its bright polished blade made of top quality steel with 58 +/- 1 HRC hardness and through the finest polished grinding which provides the series with a high cutting performance.
The YANAGIBA-SASHIMI-SUSHI knife:

¤ to delicately slice fish and meat
¤ the long slim blade is best suited for cutting wafer-thin slices and especially for sushis and sashimis
