Literally translated, Santoku means «the 3 virtues». These stand for the ideal preparation of fish, meat or vegetables. The utility kitchen knife can be used for all kinds of food preparations such as cutting, chopping, dicing, boning, filleting, etc. Thanks to its extremely sharp 17cm long blade, every cut is as accurate as you want it to be.

The Santoku utility kitchen knife is also available in a set with a Bamboo cutting board.
